Senior Product Manager, Identity & Intelligence Platform

Role overview

Senior Product Manager for Signifyd’s Identity & Intelligence Platform, owning how first-party intelligence signals are built, evaluated, and productized. The platform powers device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and selective enrichment using third-party data.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Identity & Intelligence Platform roadmap, including:
  • Device intelligence and identity risk signals
  • Session integrity, anomaly detection
  • Automation/bot classification
• Define how intelligence signals are collected, normalized, evaluated, and reused across products and workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ensure signals/models are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with product outcomes.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions balancing accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Own cost efficiency and long-term unit economics for signal generation, enrichment spend, and infrastructure usage.
• Make explicit tradeoffs between signal lift, latency, scalability, and cost to reduce unnecessary spend.
• Lead strategy for external data enrichment (when to buy/build/replace/retire third-party signals).
• Extend identity intelligence to bot and automation detection using device/session/behavioral signals.
• Work cross-functionally (Risk, Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing) to translate platform capabilities into value narratives and deployable solutions.
• Stay current on evolving fraud, bot, and identity attack patterns and drive platform adaptation.

Requirements

• Senior, high-ownership product leadership suited for platform-level thinking and ambiguity.
• Ability to drive decisions tied to economic efficiency (signal quality, model performance, and platform costs scaling sustainably).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science to productionize intelligence signals.
• Deep familiarity with fraud, bot, and identity risk domains and evolving attack patterns.
