About the role
Role overview
Join Ideals as a Senior Product Manager for the Virtual Data Room (VDR). You will help improve the experience for M&A advisors and investment bankers, driving adoption and repeat usage through a strong product strategy.
Key missions
- Define and execute the product strategy for M&A advisors within the VDR and adjacent areas, aligned with the overall product strategy and company vision.
- Continuously identify, test, and scale high-impact opportunities that improve product-market fit and increase stickiness, loyalty, and repeat usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality product solutions.
Requirements
- Strong product management experience focused on driving adoption and improving customer experience for a professional B2B audience.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UX writing, analytics).
- Comfort with iterative experimentation (identify → test → scale) to improve product-market fit.
Location / remote
- Full remote, with candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, or Poland.
