Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI-driven features and enhancements
Drive development of AI-powered capabilities that improve customer outcomes
Ensure seamless integration and collaborate with engineering and design teams
Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand market needs, requirements, and integration opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and industry standards
Monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to drive product improvements
Build functional prototypes to validate new ideas and improvements
Represent Hyperproof as a GRC subject matter expert in industry events and discussions
Champion users/customers and keep their needs as the top priority

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a product role; experience scaling products to enterprise customers
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements
Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
Experience delivering user value through integration solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and manage multiple priorities
Curiosity and deep-dive problem analysis
Collaborative team-first mindset
Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time
