About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Vivid, you will develop and enhance the company’s AI products, owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap and leading cross-functional delivery to improve the user invoicing experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven product areas
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform decisions
Work closely with engineering to prioritize and deliver product features
Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain competitiveness

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech
Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements
Hands-on AI tooling experience and fluency in current AI trends
Experience leading product delivery with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data)
Proven track record of building successful products/features
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior-level opportunity within a growing fintech; includes hybrid offices in Berlin, Limassol, Almaty or fully remote outside office locations
Relocation support to Cyprus (visa and package) is available depending on location
