Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Hint Core (the Core side of the HintOS platform), reporting to the Director of Product. You will own a major product area responsible for the “business backbone” that enables membership-based DPC practices to scale nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for your product zone and refine it using customer insights.
• Define product priorities and create short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead agile delivery by breaking roadmaps into executable stories and requirements with Engineering and Design.
• Use data and insights (product analytics, market research, user research, business needs) to drive prioritization.
• Define success metrics and measure impact of the team’s work.
• Build cross-functional relationships to take features to market and maximize success.
• Create feedback loops with customers (Hint user community, lean user research, and design activities).
• Mentor and support the broader product team; improve product best practices.

Team / Product Context

• The Core team’s mission is to help DPC clinicians “practice at the top of their license” by automating administrative work.
• Hint Core supports enrollment, membership management, billing and payments infrastructure, and operational workflows.
• This role involves evolving a mature, widely-used platform with incremental improvements and long-term modernization.
