Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Hello Heart is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build the company’s next generation of products across multiple business domains. You’ll act as a product owner in a B2B2C environment, translating market opportunities into scalable, high-quality products that deliver measurable business and real-world health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, opportunity sizing, launch, adoption, and iteration
• Turn business goals into product opportunities with clear KPIs and hypotheses
• Prioritize using data-driven decisions to maximize business impact while preserving user value
• Partner with GTM teams to identify opportunities, validate market needs, and improve commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data to deliver customer value
• Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and decision-making
• Explore AI capabilities for both internal processes and customer-facing features
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and guide prioritization
• Drive cross-functional discussions on pricing, packaging, and positioning
• Communicate product vision, progress, and insights to executives and leaders
• Help establish best practices in a fast-moving, rapidly growing product organization

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS/technology companies (ideally B2B2C)
• Strong business orientation with a proven record of driving commercial impact, revenue, or customer outcomes
• Experience partnering with global teams across multiple time zones
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and storytelling to align teams around product value
• Experienced using AI tools in daily workflow
