Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for healthcare supply chain, leading operational priorities around execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. The role works with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product development lifecycle from strategic planning through execution
• Analyze market trends and competitive threats to shape long-term product strategy
• Build and communicate the product roadmap (features, priorities)
• Translate product strategy into high-level requirements and prototypes
• Monitor development budgets and ensure financial success
• Mentor and guide less experienced Product Managers and Product Owners
• Develop and curate product feature ideas aligned to business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Experience as a Product Manager in software development (6+ years) or Product Owner/Senior Product Owner (8+ years)
• Proven track record defining and launching products
• Healthcare industry knowledge, specifically healthcare supply chain
• Experience in an agile software development environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
