About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Guild Grow — Learner Experience) Own product strategy, discovery, and execution for the Grow Learner Experience within Guild’s Grow product line. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact, learner-centered solutions aligned to enterprise talent needs. The role is remote, with occasional travel to Denver and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Product Impact & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
  • Synthesize input from customers, employer partners, internal teams, and data to inform product decisions.
  • Identify risks, trade-offs, and dependencies; proactively surface them to partners and leaders.
  • Promote a collaborative product culture through clear communication and shared accountability.

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined product area within Guild Grow.
  • Lead discovery to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into requirements, hypotheses, and success metrics.
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to iterate and improve outcomes.
  • Recommend incremental and step-change improvement opportunities in your domain.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering and design to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Manage backlog, scope, and trade-offs to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks and adjust plans as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement in team delivery practices and execution quality.
  • Help resolve execution challenges within your product area and escalate when necessary.

Technical Product Management

  • Develop domain knowledge across your product area and supporting systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Use data analysis to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to improvements in scalability, reliability, and maintainability within scope.

AI-Enabled Product Management

  • Demonstrate fluency using AI tooling to accelerate product management workflows (research synthesis, documentation, analysis, planning).
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted tools (workflows, mockups, functional demos).
  • Use sound judgment to ensure AI outputs are accurate, ethical, and aligned with customer and business needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in AI-enabled product management and use of AI tooling for discovery, documentation, analysis, and planning.
  • Strong product leadership across strategy/roadmap, discovery, experimentation, and delivery.
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from customers, partners, internal teams, and data into actionable decisions.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional alignment and clear product narratives/artifacts.

  • Experience improving scalability, reliability, and maintainability in a product domain.
  • Demonstrated success using experimentation and data-driven iteration to improve product outcomes.
