Role overview

Senior Product Manager, Growth at Samsara, focused on increasing revenue by scaling product-led, self-serve experiences across the customer lifecycle (trial → purchase → expansion → renewals). You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive journeys that help customers discover value, transact smoothly, and continue growing with Samsara over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own product-led growth strategy and roadmap across key lifecycle stages: trials, purchase, expansion, and renewals.
  • Research customer needs and market/product usage data to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery, from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and measurement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM/Business Technology teams to align goals, requirements, and execution.
  • Build scalable self-serve experiences with Engineering and Design to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Integrate experimentation into the product process; develop and run A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue.
  • Define and track success metrics for self-serve and product-led growth initiatives using data to assess impact and guide trade-offs.
  • Contribute to the growth PM function, sharing best practices and scaling effective growth processes.
