About the role

Role: Senior Product Manager, Growth

Own and accelerate the product and growth engines that drive RocketReach’s ARR.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the growth strategy and roadmap across:
- activation, retention, monetization, and SEO
Lead full-funnel optimization from first touch through onboarding, conversion, and paid expansion
Own payment flows and pricing efforts (payment, checkout, upgrade experiences, and friction reduction)
Run hypothesis-driven experimentation using A/B testing and ensure strong analytics instrumentation
Drive organic acquisition via technical SEO, structured data, and content surfaces
Identify and shape high-leverage product opportunities to increase ARR
Perform competitive analysis across growth models, pricing, onboarding, and SEO

What You’ll Do (How you’ll work)

Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship experiments and product improvements
Analyze funnel performance, build cohort dashboards, and uncover drop-off points
Rapidly test ideas through MVPs, prototypes, and iterative development
Partner with marketing/SEO specialists to scale organic traffic and improve rankings
Improve self-serve user journeys and drive expansion for teams and enterprises
Benchmark against competitors to apply best-in-class growth tactics

Requirements

5+ years in Product Management with deep ownership of growth or monetization
Strong technical foundation
Fluency with growth loops, SEO strategy, conversion rate optimization, and experimentation frameworks
Experience scaling freemium or usage-based products

Nice-to-have (implied)

Strong understanding of how to turn a discovery product into a revenue engine
