About the role
Role Overview
Join MURAL as a Senior Product Manager (Growth & Engagement). You will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, driving growth across the funnel from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key Missions
- Own the self-serve journey end-to-end, from user acquisition to conversion to paid.
- Run a high-tempo experimentation practice and partner across teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
- Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience to drive activation and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth, engagement, activation, or product-led growth.
- Experimentation fluency: hypothesis formation, A/B test design, rigorous analysis, and rapid iteration.
- Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools, able to work closely with data/engineering partners.
- Excellent cross-functional communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales (including executive stakeholders).
- Experience owning monetization, pricing, or packaging in a self-serve model.
- Experience partnering with (or working within) growth marketing for acquisition and re-engagement.
- Track record of measurable funnel outcomes (activation, retention, free-to-paid conversion), not just feature delivery.
- Strong execution mindset in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment; balance conversion gains with long-term retention, trust, and product quality.
- Ability to bridge PLG to sales-assisted/enterprise motion.
- Working understanding of PLG mechanics (onboarding, viral/invite loops, lifecycle, and self-serve revenue levers).
Nice-to-Haves
- Comfort using AI tools daily with an informed point of view on AI-native growth and collaboration.
- Experience with collaboration/productivity/canvas/whiteboarding products.
