Role Overview

Senior Product Manager - Growth (Berlin, Germany OR London, UK; Remote) You’ll define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap, building foundational capabilities that unlock step-change improvements in conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability. The roadmap is not yet fully defined—you’ll create it and ship incrementally.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap for foundational capabilities across the patient journey
• Translate platform investments into business outcomes, each backed by a clear growth-metric hypothesis
• Embed AI where it genuinely improves outcomes by identifying key moments in the patient journey
• Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in-product surfaces using CMS, feature flagging, and content infrastructure (to reduce engineering dependency)
• Build a product/tech stack designed to launch new markets in weeks, not months
• Work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps tied to measurable growth metrics (e.g., conversion, activation, retention)
• Ability to plan and deliver platform capabilities incrementally (avoid multi-month builds without outcomes)
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement product opportunities for AI-enabled improvements
• Strong product thinking for scaling experiences across multiple surfaces (web, onboarding, in-product)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building or scaling growth platforms (rather than purely infrastructure)
• Familiarity with CMS/content infrastructure, feature flagging, and experimentation/tuning to accelerate market launches
