Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Grow Therapy, you’ll help define product direction, prioritize initiatives that drive measurable outcomes, and shape product culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and define clear roadmaps with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Go-to-Market).
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, ensuring quality and customer value.
• Partner with engineering to navigate tradeoffs between complexity, user experience, and business impact.
• Use data, qualitative insights, and user research to inform decisions and measure product impact.
• Communicate product vision, opportunity framing, and progress to senior leadership.
• Mentor and collaborate with other product managers to foster shared learning and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment on product goals and success metrics across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building digital products with user-centric outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort partnering with technical teams; able to translate business needs to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with influence across levels.
• Track record of owning product outcomes, prioritizing effectively, and making clear tradeoffs.
• Technical background (e.g., engineering/CS degree or significant technical product experience).
• Hands-on experience with data, APIs, infrastructure/platform services.
• Experience with consumer-facing or data-intensive product domains.
• Experience with mobile products and performance optimization.
