Senior Product Manager (GRC Platform)

Role Overview

Join Vanta as a Senior Product Manager (GRC Platform). You will own the strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities, lead AI-first product redesigns, and help shape the product team culture.

Key Missions

• Own the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap
• Deliver platform primitives and customer-facing features leveraged across Vanta’s GRC product
• Prioritize product goals by distilling complex problems and opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years in a platform or horizontal product role at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with enterprise customer segments (10K+ employees) and turning feedback into platform-level priorities
• Metrics/data-oriented mindset (define and track adoption rates, quality signals, and business impact)
• Strong platform product thinking (track record of building shared primitives adopted by multiple teams)
• Learner’s mindset and passion for building AI products; willingness to experiment and iterate
• Comfort using AI to improve efficiency and impact while applying AI responsibly
• Cross-functional leadership: influence and align multiple squads without direct authority
• AI product experience: drive AI-first redesigns; define evaluation criteria for imports, search, and structured agent workflows
• Technical depth: comfort with backend-heavy infrastructure, architectural trade-offs, API standards, and data model decisions
