Senior Product Manager

Role overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and execution of the Student Information System (SIS). This role focuses on improving K-12 education by delivering solutions that help educators and administrators streamline processes and improve student outcomes. SIS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: define product vision, prioritize requirements, and manage cross-functional teams through concept to launch.
• Shape the future of SIS by identifying K-12 market trends, collecting customer feedback, and aligning product strategy to district needs.
• Deliver data-driven insights by partnering with stakeholders to analyze user data, system performance, and customer interactions to guide decisions and enhancements.
• Collaborate and execute with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality features on time; manage dependencies and resolve challenges.
• Communicate effectively by articulating product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive measurable impact by defining success metrics, monitoring performance, and iterating to meet business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on Student Information Systems or related EdTech products.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education systems and student information management.
• Strategic problem-solving: balance long-term vision with near-term priorities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and initiative leadership.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills to build consensus across stakeholders.
