Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Figure (full remote), you will own and evolve two key product areas:

• Partner dashboard and Lead portal
• Internal tools dashboard for Operations and Support

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, improving workflow efficiency, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lead portal and internal tools dashboard, improving workflow efficiency and usability.
• Translate user feedback, support tickets, and usage data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations to deliver shipped product improvements.
• Define KPIs, evaluate tradeoffs, and balance user experience with business impact.
• Own and improve high-traffic console/portal surfaces, focusing on information architecture, speed, and usability.
• Build and ship complex internal tools, dashboards, and workflow-driven products.
• Develop products that support human users and AI-assisted workflows, including automation/insights/agent-style capabilities surfaced in operational dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager (fintech or lending experience preferred).
• Highly collaborative, low-ego working style across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, GTM, and executives.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; comfortable defining KPIs and assessing tradeoffs.
• Experience owning high-traffic portals/console experiences where usability and speed are critical.
• Ability to operate with speed and ownership in fast-moving environments.
• Experience building and shipping internal tools/dashboards for operational workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

• Comfort designing products for AI-assisted workflows and operational dashboards that surface automation and insights.
