Senior Product Manager (Field Systems, Salesforce)

Role Overview

Join Smartsheet as a Senior Product Manager on the Field Systems team. You will co-own the product roadmap and act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and an agile delivery team to ensure the right work is prioritized, scoped, and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the product roadmap and ensure the right initiatives are prioritized, scoped, and delivered.
• Partner with the Director of Field Systems to define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized roadmap aligned to go-to-market objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into quarterly PI objectives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and quarterly objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Produce detailed epics and features, including user stories with strong assumptions and acceptance criteria.
• Build lean business cases supported by data and business metrics.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders and technical teams.
• 5+ years product management experience, including 3+ years focused on CRM or Salesforce platform products in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to work comfortably with data: query, interpret metrics, and build business cases.
• Familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations.
• Experience within SAFe/agile including PI Planning and cross-team coordination.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) applied to PM workflows such as documentation, research, or analysis.
