Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Family) responsible for shaping family-focused financial products. Own product strategy for family investing solutions, guiding customers from discovery through long-term engagement and habit formation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for family investing experiences (from discovery through adoption and ongoing engagement).
  • Create consumer-first products from the ground up, designing intuitive tools that introduce children and families to investing concepts.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Business to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Use customer research, behavioral insights, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Balance long-term product vision with rapid experimentation to prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable customer value.
  • Lead cross-functional execution, aligning teams on priorities, outcomes, and delivery.
  • Define strategies that align customer success with business goals while prioritizing user trust and financial well-being.
  • Advocate for customer needs and improve financial education and wealth-building behaviors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in consumer-facing product development.
  • Experience leading zero-to-one initiatives or complex product transformations.
  • Strong product intuition plus analytical thinking, customer empathy, and strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, retention, habit formation, and/or customer loyalty.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, design, research, and business.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; strong communication and influence skills.
  • Mission-driven mindset and passion for improving people’s lives through product.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumer growth, onboarding/activation, marketplaces, social/network-effect products, or creator platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and/or contributions to AI-powered product features.
  • Fintech experience not required (exceptional consumer product experience is the priority).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180,000–$200,000 USD base salary (depending on experience, skills, and location).
