Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and roadmap for the delivery platform supporting restaurant and delivery partners.
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end: define, prioritize, and build new functionalities in a cross-functional environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, and research to develop tools and capabilities for delivery partners.
• Build and improve internal tools for monitoring and managing delivery partners.
• Continuously identify innovation and improvement opportunities to keep the marketplace ahead.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing solutions focused on delivery or logistics.
• Proven ability to innovate for customers (not just maintain the status quo).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with multiple teams.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace or delivery logistics experience.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with and manipulating data and forming hypotheses to guide solutions.
