Senior Product Manager (Exteriors)

Role Overview

You’ll be a Senior Product Manager for the Exteriors vertical at ServiceTitan. The focus is on identifying operational gaps in exteriors businesses and building tools that reduce manual work for operators at scale.

Key Missions

• Own the feature roadmap and delivery for production workflows in the Exteriors segment, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead customer discovery and market research to develop deep understanding of how exteriors businesses operate.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship AI-powered features and track/communicate success metrics that demonstrate measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows for enterprise customers.
• Translate complex operational processes into intuitive product experiences.
• Define outcomes, prioritize data-driven, and measure the impact of shipped work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in B2B SaaS.
• Strong workflow analysis skills to identify breakdowns and design fitting solutions.
• Data-driven prioritization with the ability to define outcomes and measure impact.
• AI-forward mindset and strong stakeholder communication to drive alignment.
• Ability to balance operational complexity with simplicity and ease of use.
• Self-starter with ownership and urgency when needed.

• Experience serving construction, trades, or service businesses.
