Senior Product Manager - Experiences

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Experiences at Clever Real Estate. You’ll lead with consumer empathy and apply systems thinking to the product surfaces and workflows that real users (consumers, agents, and internal ops teams) rely on.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences for external and internal users, connecting design and product decisions to user needs and outcomes.
• Bring a strong consumer perspective to prioritization, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions.
• Map full journeys to identify where experiences break down, create friction, or erode trust.
• Partner with design and engineering to define requirements, shape user flows, and ship clear, reliable, trustworthy experiences.
• Translate ambiguous user and business problems into clear specs, MVPs, and measurable outcomes.
• Reduce friction for internal teams (Ops, Sales, Support) by replacing manual workarounds with better tooling and workflows.
• Define success metrics focused on user experience quality (not just engagement or uptime) and whether users achieve desired outcomes.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, documentation, prototyping, and analysis.

Success Criteria

• In 6 months: Deep understanding of user journeys, trust across cross-functional leadership, top experience gaps identified with a clear roadmap, and early improvements shipped and validated with real users.
• In 12 months: Measurably better experiences across core flows, less internal time spent on workarounds, and leadership visibility into how experience quality drives consumer trust and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping user-facing products.
• Strong consumer empathy, able to clearly articulate what users need.
