Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at eXp Realty, you will own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team. You’ll align product initiatives with both business goals and user needs, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product team.
• Collaborate with Directors of Product to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Conduct user research and apply findings to product decisions.
• Define and track KPIs and product performance.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and support delivery using Agile practices.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in technology).
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment with strong self-motivation and communication.
• Proven ability to launch and manage software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to real estate, AI, and software.
• Experience applying UX principles and customer-centered design practices.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
