Senior Product Manager (Exchange AI)

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Exchange AI) at Cint, you will craft the product strategy and roadmap for transforming Cint’s Exchange and lead delivery of Demand services. You will own the vision, clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions, and align stakeholders around execution.

Key missions

• Develop and promote the product vision for transforming Cint’s Exchange.
• Articulate product strategy and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Conduct deep opportunity assessments supported by data and customer research.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of API- and UI-driven products.
• Launch, operate, and scale complex products/platforms/services from concept to market (or transform existing products for the next growth stage).
• Translate customer problems from the ResTech and data domain into clear product requirements, informed by qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Partner effectively with senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.

Requirements

• Full lifecycle experience managing API and UI-driven products.
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality user/customer experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to “storytell” and align leadership.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex products.
• Customer-obsessed approach: turning customer needs into well-structured requirements with evidence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Direct interest/experience in how LLMs and modern coding stacks challenge established assumptions.
