Role overview

Senior Product Manager for the Clinical Platform at Everly Health. You’ll improve healthcare outcomes by optimizing telehealth and clinical workflows, working through regulatory constraints, vendor integrations, and health plan requirements.

Key missions

• Own and improve clinical completion metrics across programs to ensure patients receive better care.
• Ship product improvements that measurably increase provider efficiency and enhance the telehealth experience.
• Build trusted partnerships with clinical operations leadership and navigate regulatory/compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making
• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years working in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical products
• Direct experience with telehealth, care coordination, EHR systems, or clinical workflows
• Comfort with technical systems such as APIs, integrations, and healthcare data standards
• Track record of shipping products that improved clinical or operational outcomes
• Experience partnering with clinical stakeholders (earning trust with physicians and nurses)
• B2B healthcare product experience

Nice-to-haves

• Background in diagnostics, lab operations, or clinical decision support
• Experience with multiple telehealth platforms or clinical vendors
• Startup/scale-up experience building in ambiguity
• Ability to context-switch between strategy and execution
• Passion for building products that meaningfully improve access to care
