About the role
Role overview
EllieMD is seeking a rigorous, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager for the East Coast (EST, Remote). You will help build and ship products that drive the evolution of EllieMD’s healthcare platform, with a strong hardware-informed mindset and an ability to think across software, physical products, operations, compliance, logistics, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to translate strategic vision into products customers and Brand Partners love.
- Convert customer, Brand Partner, operational, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements covering both digital and physical realities.
- Bring hardware and real-world implementation considerations into roadmap decisions (e.g., feasibility, manufacturability, reliability, supportability, scalability).
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Brand Partner teams.
- Create end-to-end product artifacts across the lifecycle, including user outcomes, workflows, technical constraints, physical dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
- Anticipate and mitigate implementation risks (vendor dependencies, fulfillment constraints, quality issues, regulatory considerations, physical limitations).
- Evaluate tradeoffs across customer experience, business impact, feasibility, operational readiness, compliance, and physical constraints.
- Represent the voice of Brand Partners and customers throughout product development.
- Define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and deliver solutions tied to measurable business goals.
- Own products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze user research, product insights, and market data to guide decisions.
- Maintain product backlogs, drive milestones, remove blockers, and ensure healthy execution.
- Work with Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to iterate rapidly and ship high-quality products.
Requirements
- Strong product fundamentals with the ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into requirements, user outcomes, and shipped solutions.
- Experience or fluency with hardware, connected devices, physical products, and/or regulated product environments.
- Ability to design for supply-chain-aware, operationally complex systems where software experiences must work reliably in the real world.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with operational workflows across fulfillment, logistics, compliance, and partner operations.
