About the role
Role overview
You’ll join JustPlay as a Senior Product Manager (Engagement) within the engagement product domain for a loyalty platform. Your mission is to maximize player engagement, improve long-term retention, and help grow live-ops across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the engagement strategy to increase retention and player delight across the gaming ecosystem.
- Define and execute LiveOps strategies for the platform.
- Drive product growth using gamification, behavioral science, and habit-forming mechanics.
- Identify and improve key retention and engagement metrics, optimizing for LTV.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns.
- Monitor and leverage industry trends to keep the product innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience driving product retention and engagement in mobile (preferably mobile games, loyalty platforms, or B2C apps).
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing effective engagement strategies.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to haves
- Experience specifically across loyalty platforms and/or other B2C engagement products.
Location / work model
- Remote (±3 hours from CET) and hybrid with a Berlin office option/availability.
