Senior Product Manager (Ecommerce)

Role overview

Senior Product Manager for Ecommerce at Dutch. You will own e-commerce product strategy, identify high-value growth opportunities, and lead execution across teams.

Key missions

• Define and implement the growth strategy for Dutch’s e-commerce business by identifying market opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end reimagination of the product storefront, partnering with design, product, and engineering.
• Own the full P&L for the e-commerce business: set goals, track performance, and drive revenue, margin, and profitability.
• Partner with the AI team to build a personalized product recommendation engine.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce/marketplaces/consumer products, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth (preferably in startups).
• Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and delivering margin/profitability targets (not just top-line metrics).
• Strong data fluency: read, question, and turn data into decisions and recommendations.
• Strong commercial instincts: spot market opportunities, build business cases, and execute.
• Cross-functional leadership across product, design, engineering, and data science to build and ship.
• Startup/high-growth experience with resourcefulness and speed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with vendor negotiations, wholesale buying, or marketplace supplier management.
• Experience leading a storefront/marketplace redesign from concept to launch.
• Background with AI/ML personalization and recommendation systems.
• Experience in pet, health & wellness, or subscription ecommerce.
