Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (AI-forward) at Distru. You will report to the CTO and partner closely with product, engineering, and design to own meaningful parts of the core ERP, Distru Commerce, and emerging AI-native features.

Distru ships weekly and emphasizes high-ownership—designing how AI agents integrate into real user workflows, where automation belongs, and where human judgment must remain central.

What You’ll Own

• Product roadmap ownership
  • Define and execute on a prioritized product roadmap
  • Proactively communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Write PRDs and collaborate with engineering to turn customer requests into system-wide improvements
• AI agent integration into user workflows
  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication
  • Define when AI should suggest, automate, or stay silent, and ship the UX affordances that make this clear
• Cross-functional leadership
  • Work with engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to synthesize insights and keep the product aligned with customer and business needs

Requirements

• 5+ years in tech product management
• Experience owning and shipping complex features end-to-end, from ambiguous problem statements to launched outcomes with measurable impact
• Demonstrated AI fluency (three dimensions implied in the posting):
