About the role

Role Overview

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Digital Wallets & Agentic Commerce to own high-impact product areas across its Wallet, PSP, merchant, and agent integration portfolio. This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on designing delightful customer experiences and shipping end-to-end, spanning 0→1 innovation and 1→N scaling.

Responsibilities

Translate Affirm’s mission into a clear product roadmap for a wallet/agentic product area.
Run experiments in ambiguous spaces (e.g., agentic checkout, BNPL in physical stores) and scale winning ideas.
Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Risk, Legal, and external merchant/platform partners.
Define and own KPIs, including:
- GMV
- Approval rate
- Conversion
- LTV
- Customer trust metrics.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience shipping consumer/mobile/commerce products.
Hands-on experience with payments, wallets (e.g., Apple Pay / Google Pay), and/or merchant/platform integrations.
0→1 builder mentality with a history of launching new products/features that change user behavior.
Strong technical and design fluency: comfortable discussing API constraints and latency, and maintaining a high bar for UI/UX quality.
Commercially minded, high-agency, bias-to-action; able to make hard tradeoffs in ambiguity.
Strong quantitative/analytical orientation and ability to turn data into clear narratives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Haves

Direct experience in agentic commerce and/or modern checkout/integration ecosystems is implied by the focus of experiments.
