Role: Senior Product Manager — Diagnostics (Interpretations)

Fullscript’s Diagnostics team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Interpretations, a strategic feature that helps practitioners communicate lab results to patients with clarity, confidence, and clinical context.

• You’ll join the team that built labs from scratch and bring that momentum into the broader company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the Interpretations product.
• Understand practitioner workflows and pain points via continuous customer conversations.
• Identify and ship strategic pilots to expand the Interpretations ecosystem.
• Shape and communicate a compelling product narrative to internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Leadership) so they advocate for the roadmap.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Clinical stakeholders to ship fast, learn faster, and iterate continuously.
• Build the connective tissue between Interpretations, Treatment Planning, and broader Labs/Supplements features.

Requirements

• 0–1 product experience: you’ve owned an early-stage product from idea → launch → iteration → scale.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast learning cycles; you prioritize ruthlessly.
• Strategic communicator who ties product work to business outcomes and aligns cross-functional teams.
• Customer-obsessed and insights-driven: you spend time with users and build conviction from patterns.
• Ability to write well and communicate effectively; knows when to hold steady vs. pivot.
• Speed-biased execution while still protecting user experience (e.g., knowing when 80% is enough to learn).
• Startup-trained: experience balancing scrappy execution with structured scaling.

Nice-to-have

• Health-tech / diagnostics domain familiarity, especially around lab results and clinical workflows.

Location / Work setup

• HQ is in Austin, TX (USA) with remote flexibility, including Canada remote and anywhere in the world.
