Senior Product Manager - Delivery Management

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for Delivery Management within Dragos’s Product team, building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You’ll own the product vision, translate customer and market needs into an execution-ready roadmap, and drive delivery-focused capabilities across both software and hardware for OT/ICS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Delivery Management on the Dragos platform (software + hardware).
• Translate customer needs and market trends into a quarter-over-quarter Delivery Management roadmap.
• Drive development and management of core features and capabilities for this product capability.
• Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to discover, validate, and iterate on use cases.
• Represent Dragos’s OT Delivery Management perspective to customers, analysts, and industry groups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and communicate solutions, costs, and business cases.
• Make decisions on prioritization, feature trade-offs, timelines, resources, and quality aligned to business goals.
• Communicate product requirements with clear business rationale to Engineering.
• Measure, track, and improve product KPIs to drive process improvements and future enhancements.
• Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritization.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and launch narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and/or maintaining enterprise security products.
• Experience in areas such as cybersecurity, delivery management, threat detection, endpoint security, or related domains.
• Strong experience with cloud, DevOps, hardware appliances, and white-labeling hardware appliances.
• Strong analytical skills for extracting insights from complex data.
• Proven ability to create product requirements that deliver user value and build customer trust.
• Demonstrated product delivery success, including go-to-market and outcome-driven roadmaps (desired).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills to influence engineers, designers, executives, customers, and partners.
• Strong organization and time management; collaborative team approach.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Direct experience with OT environments (customer-side or OT security product experience) (plus).

Compensation

• $180,000 salary + competitive equity package
