Senior Product Manager (Decision Intelligence)

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Decision Intelligence) at VergeSense, you will own a planning or operational workflow end-to-end—from vision and client discovery to roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome. This is a hands-on product building role with real enterprise accounts and commercial pressure.

Key missions

• Deliver an end-to-end workflow for planning/operations: client discovery, vision, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial results
• Define where AI ends and human decision-making begins
• Design the boundaries of automation and the human review experience
• Build products that work with messy enterprise data (design for failure modes since clean data is the exception)

Responsibilities

• Own the product domain end-to-end: vision → discovery → roadmap → engineering partnership → commercial outcome
• Create tight decision documents and lead with recommendations, including executive-level communication
• Prioritize roadmap sequencing under commercial pressure, aligned to named deals and pipeline value
• Establish success metrics before building and evaluate outcomes, including model output quality

Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning data-intensive or analytics products
• Experience integrating/working with data from multiple enterprise systems
• Ability to design for data quality issues and evaluate model outputs, catching wrong answers
• Strong executive communication (C-suite/board-level presentations)
• Proven experience turning a complex multi-step manual workflow into a product that meaningfully automates it

• Strong quantitative fluency and experience translating data quality problems into product decisions
