Senior Product Manager - Data Products

Role overview

Senior Product Manager – Data Products at SurveyMonkey. You’ll own the roadmap and define what product features to build using SurveyMonkey’s large feedback dataset and corpus-powered intelligence, partnering closely with AI/ML and data science teams.

What you’ll be working on

• Own the product roadmap for data-powered features such as:
  • benchmarks
  • longitudinal insights
  • cross-survey intelligence
  • and more
• Identify where the data corpus creates customer value worth paying for (and where it doesn’t)
• Partner with AI/ML engineering and data science to scope and ship
• Build a measurement framework to understand what drives retention and expansion
• Help define and execute a long-term data moat strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• Significant experience with data-intensive or AI-powered products
• Strong instincts for customer value and differentiation between what customers need vs. what sounds good in pitches
• Experience operating in ambiguous, foundational problem spaces to craft the roadmap
• Collaboration skills with data science and ML partners
• SaaS background where data is central to product value

Compensation (base pay)

• $147,900 – $208,800 per year depending on geographic market and qualifications

Work location / remote policy

• Role is remote, but may require in-person participation for company events at designated offices.
