About the role

Role Overview

Join Salesforce as a Senior Product Manager (Customer Health Platform). You will be the founding PM for a net-new product category that helps enterprises manage Salesforce “health” at scale with a unified view across security posture, technical health, and customization complexity.

Key Missions

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for the Customer Health Platform across multiple Scrum teams and an AI research team.
  • Define and evangelize the product vision, turning it into user stories, PRDs, and sprint-ready requirements.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, performance, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and AI research to deliver product outcomes.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision, including security, legal, and go-to-market.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in product management at a software or SaaS company.
  • Strong strategic thinking with disciplined execution; able to map long-term vision to a near-term roadmap.
  • Deep technical fluency in areas such as search systems, information retrieval, LLMs, and AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Deep customer empathy and strong sense for making information consumption at work effortless.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving AI landscape, bringing clarity and focus.
  • Quality-first mindset, including experience building evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or testing systems for AI/ML outputs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with experience delivering enterprise-scale product experiences.
  • Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (e.g., performance architecture, sandboxes, multi-tenant SaaS, metadata model).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing AI model or vendor strategy (evaluating, selecting, deploying LLMs/AI services in production).
  • Familiarity with Agentforce, LLMs, and AI-driven/agentic workflows and guided remediation.
  • Experience with technical health, developer tooling, or platform observability.
  • Experience with monetization (e.g., metered billing/usage-based pricing).
  • Experience building partner ecosystems and SI relationships.
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences or customer advisory boards.

Collaboration & Stakeholders

Work with engineering, design, security, legal, go-to-market, and AI research partners, and communicate with executive audiences.
