Senior Product Manager (Custody)

Role Overview

Join Zero Hash as a Senior Product Manager (Custody). You will own the strategy and roadmap for Custody—the infrastructure that secures and moves digital assets. This is a high-visibility role impacting asset coverage, partner integrations, institutional trust, and global expansion.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Own Custody product strategy, roadmap, and execution, prioritizing across:
  • New asset and chain integrations
  • Blockchain services
  • Policy engine capabilities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate product requirements into production-ready systems.
• Work with custody technology partners to deliver integrations and improve custody capabilities.
• Partner with Compliance, Security, and Risk to ensure custody flows meet regulatory requirements, key management standards, and include robust fraud protections.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to write SQL queries and analyze data.
• Demonstrated product/project management expertise, especially with Jira.
• Strong background building API-based products.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable tasks.
• Familiarity with blockchain custody fundamentals, including:
  • Wallet architecture
  • Transaction construction
  • Common signing models such as MPC, HSM, and multi-sig.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role.
• Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM chain integrations.
• Experience building institutional custody, wallet, or staking products.
