In this role, you will lead the Creator Marketplace, a unique platform that connects brands with micro-creators for high-quality content. You will define the product strategy, build user-friendly products, solve complex problems, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor product performance. Profile: - User Empathy: You build with a deep understanding of creator and customer needs - Crisp Communication: Clear, persuasive, and tailored to any audience - Builder’s Hunger: You’ve launched your own thing or thrived in early-stage, high-ownership roles - Technical Fluency: You speak engineering fluently—even if you don’t write code - LLM & AI Fluency: You understand how to apply LLMs in real-world workflows and are excited to use them to scale quality, speed, and structure across the product - Ownership Mentality: You think in outcomes, not tasks—and treat the product like your own business - Attention to Detail: You notice the nuances—from UX polish to system edge cases - 5+ Years in Product Management: Especially in SaaS or marketplaces. You’ve shipped 0→1 and scaled 1→n - Business Acumen: Comfortable with P&Ls, pricing, and using data to guide prioritization - Sharp Problem Solving: Break down ambiguity and find elegant, actionable solutions - Bias for Action: You move fast, test, iterate, and follow through—99% done isn’t enough
