Role Overview
Senior Product Manager for a mission-driven telehealth organization focused on treatment for opioid use disorder. This is a remote (U.S.) role working on digital healthcare products, with an emphasis on AI and patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a digital product strategy for a squad, co-leading the product team using a triadic leadership model (with engineering and product design).
- Translate business goals into product strategy and track metrics to measure success.
- Drive discovery and experimentation, including running experiments with appropriate statistical rigor and sharing learnings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, clinicians, and business teams to solicit and prioritize product concepts.
- Champion the product roadmap, documenting high-level concepts and future improvements; share roadmap broadly.
- Ensure timely and reliable delivery of prioritized projects.
- Maintain a people-centered approach by leveraging user research, feedback, and data for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital healthcare.
- Build relationships across the organization and network frequently beyond the company, bringing back insights to the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2C Product Management experience.
Nice-to-Haves (implied)
- Experience building AI-enabled healthcare or technology products.
- Strong grounding in experimentation and evidence-based decision-making (statistical rigor).
