Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for an AI-driven insurance underwriting platform (remote in the U.S). Own and expand the roadmap for the core underwriting product and lead discovery to translate user needs into engineering-ready requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand the product roadmap for the Underwriting Platform, including workflows, actions, forms, and rating.
• Lead product discovery to identify and validate user problems, then translate insights into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Drive integration of AI-driven workflow capabilities to improve the customer experience and reduce time-to-value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to align on product strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Build a deep understanding of the insurance market to inform strategy, uncover new opportunities, and ensure customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building and shipping customer-facing B2B SaaS products.

Nice-to-Haves (implied by focus)

• Experience working with AI-first product features and workflow automation in complex domains.
• Familiarity with insurance underwriting or strong willingness to ramp quickly on the domain.
