Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Counsel Health (full remote), you will drive user engagement and adoption of the platform. You will own key journeys across onboarding, the core chat experience, and the acquisition funnel, partnering closely with AI teams and D2C growth marketing.

Key Missions

• Own the "Day 0 to Day 30" experience to ensure users don’t just try Counsel, but adopt it as their primary way to manage health.
• Define what "presence" means for Counsel (including return behavior), using:
  • Notification strategies
  • Mobile app adoption
  • Habit-forming triggers
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and feature prioritization to identify the highest-impact opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinicians, and GTM to define, build, and deploy user experiences that delight.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience building consumer products.
• Proven ability to do 0→1→10 work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer intuition and product taste, combining design empathy with a rigorous, data-informed approach.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, clinicians, and GTM.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with LLM-powered products.
• Prior collaboration with D2C marketing teams or experience as a growth marketer.
• Consumer product experience in regulated spaces (e.g., healthcare, fintech, edtech).
