Senior Product Manager, Command Center

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Command Center will own the product vision and roadmap for Harvey’s Command Center and internal admin platform. This “operational control surface” enables enterprise administrators to monitor adoption and usage, manage users and access, and guide deployment of Harvey at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, including:
  • Usage and adoption analytics
  • Administrative controls
  • Organizational governance
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences for large enterprise customers.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, Customer Success, and Sales to understand admin pain points, reporting/governance needs, and integration requirements; translate insights into product investments.
• Establish and track metrics for:
  • Platform adoption
  • Admin efficiency
  • Governance coverage
• Design dashboards, reporting, and controls to turn usage data into actionable visibility for administrators and internal leadership.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope across executive and team levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise admin/analytics/governance domains such as:
  • Usage reporting
  • Identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC)
  • Audit logging
  • Access controls
• Technical background, or a strong desire to go deep into engineering design and trade-offs.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and partner with Security, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
