Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager on the Build Viewing team, owning the most critical and technically challenging aspects of CoLab’s viewing platform. You’ll partner with engineers to set strategy and drive continuous improvement across UX, infrastructure, and partner relationships.

Key Missions

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the CoLab Viewer, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term goals.
• Work closely with Viewing engineering to ship performant, reliable, high-impact features and guide technical tradeoffs.
• Conduct deep user research with mechanical engineers and support teams to uncover pain points, prioritize solutions, and write clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-trust collaboration with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams.
• Translate customer pain and technical constraints into clear product storytelling and requirements.
• Manage complex platform/infrastructure areas within a software product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical product environments.
• Strong technical foundation; ideally experience with mechanical engineering, CAD, or 3D systems.
• Experience working on complex visualization tools / CAD systems.
• Shipped features in technical areas such as 3D viewers, graphics pipelines, and/or performance optimization.
• Confidence leading through ambiguity and partnering closely with developers, TPMs, and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially explaining tradeoffs and aligning stakeholders.
