Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Coinme is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead B2B Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) product initiatives. The role is technical, detail-obsessed, and payment-savvy, focused on roadmap ownership for APIs/SDKs and partner integrations across crypto and fintech rails.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end product lifecycle for Coinme’s B2B embedded crypto platform (CaaS)
• Define and drive the roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and partner integrations
• Write PRDs with detailed edge-case handling and compliance requirements
• Lead partner integrations, collaborating with partners’ product/engineering teams (sometimes in a solutions-engineer capacity)
• Partner with compliance, legal, and fraud prevention teams to protect payments, KYC, and chargebacks
• Run iterative development cycles using user feedback, usage data, and testing
• Serve as the internal SME on payments, APIs, and crypto rails

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in crypto or payments
• Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, and fraud risks
• Experience shipping API-first B2B products
• Proven ability to lead partner-facing integrations and support onboarding
• Exceptional attention to detail in specs, edge cases, and testing plans
• Familiarity with Agile, rapid iteration, and user testing methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Tooling experience with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Amplitude

• Experience with fraud mitigation and chargeback handling
