About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager, Cart & Checkout (mobile-first) overseeing the purchasing experience across digital platforms (Web and Native Apps). Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Cart & Checkout flows, payments, promotions handling, and recovery experiences across brands/parks.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for Cart & Checkout experiences across all brands and parks
- Define and evolve Cart/Checkout flows, payment methods, promotions handling, and recovery experiences
- Ensure the purchase experience balances simplicity, speed, and trust while meeting legal, financial, and operational requirements
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Payments on pricing, taxes, refunds, compliance, fraud mitigation, and transaction integrity
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs for conversion, completion, error rates, and transaction reliability
- Lead experimentation and optimization to reduce friction
- Translate complex technical/legal/business constraints into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Product Manager to ensure seamless handoffs across the end-to-end purchase funnel
- Act as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for the product area
Requirements
- 5–10 years of Product Management experience in consumer e-commerce, with strong emphasis on Mobile Web and Apps
- Experience owning Checkout, Payments, or other transaction-heavy flows end-to-end
- Strong understanding of checkout optimization, payment flows, promotions, refunds, and the transaction lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in complex cross-functional environments with competing priorities
- Data-driven decision making: defining KPIs, running experiments, and performing post-launch analysis
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience with modern product methodologies such as Lean and Agile
- Exceptional communication and influence skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
