Senior Product Manager (Career Sites)

Role overview

Senior Product Manager focused on building and improving world-class career site experiences for global enterprise customers. You will own specific problem areas within the career sites domain and drive initiatives end-to-end in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Own and drive defined problem areas and initiatives for career sites.
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences.
• Lead product discovery to deeply understand needs of candidates, customers, and the market.
• Define and track success metrics for initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models.
• Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products.
• Domain experience in related areas such as employer branding platforms, ATS front-ends, or job search/discovery experiences.
• Technical fluency and strong collaboration with engineering (including comfort working with CMS/SEO/performance concepts).

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with CMS architecture, SEO for job listings, and web performance.
• Experience with global, high-traffic products (e.g., localization, accessibility, compliance).
• Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints.

Work setup

• Full remote with requirement to start work around 8:00 AM ET (US East Coast time).
