Senior Product Manager - Brokerage

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager - Brokerage to help shape a modern trading platform for retail and professional traders. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy, working across technology, finance, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the brokerage platform; prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations.
• Translate business strategy into clear product plans, requirements, and execution priorities.
• Gather insights from traders and stakeholders to define product direction and identify opportunities.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing speed, customer value, compliance requirements, and operational risk.
• Define success metrics for launched products (adoption, engagement, retention, funding conversion, and user impact).
• Conduct product discovery with traders to understand pain points, workflows, and improvement opportunities.
• Create product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Partner with engineering and design through the lifecycle: discovery → development → testing → launch → iteration.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release planning with technical teams.
• Work closely with compliance to ensure products meet financial regulations and industry requirements before launch.
• Collaborate with external technology/platform partners on integrations and roadmap alignment.
• Coordinate across operations, support, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful product delivery.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements to build strong alignment between teams.

Requirements

• Strong product management background with understanding of financial technology, brokerage platforms, and regulated product development.
• End-to-end ownership of products, comfortable working with technical teams and making decisions in a fast-paced startup.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in brokerage/fintech/financial services/FCM/introducing broker or other regulated industries.
• Experience owning roadmaps from discovery and prioritization through launch and performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating with compliance and regulatory stakeholders.
• Strong skills in product strategy, customer discovery, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery.
