Role Overview
Senior Product Manager, Brand Ads & Safety at Reddit. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Upper-funnel brand advertising and help build the next generation of brand safety & suitability solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Upper-funnel ad products and Brand Safety, aligned to broader business goals and industry market trends.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect insights from advertisers, users, and sales; translate pain points into innovative Brand Ads products that drive brand awareness, improve performance metrics (e.g., CPM optimization), and maintain safety/suitability.
- Leadership & Ownership: Act as the internal champion for Reddit’s Brand Ads & Safety; drive alignment and momentum across the organization.
- Roadmap Ownership: Create, prioritize, maintain, and execute the product roadmap across Ads teams, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.
- Execution & Metrics: Define success metrics, set goals, and create accountability to deliver against the roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data science, user research, sales, marketing, legal, and external partners to deliver holistic solutions for advertisers and Reddit users.
- Communication: Regularly communicate product progress and direction across functions, including presenting to senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in AdTech
- Experience testing and developing innovative Brand Ads ideas
- Experience driving strategy for Machine Learning–based AdTech products
- Track record of developing and championing product strategy/vision with measurable business impact
