Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager – Analytics at BlackSky Global (Full remote). You will own the analytics product strategy, aligning product development with market opportunities and supporting commercial growth.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics product strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
• Develop and maintain product specifications and the development roadmap for analytics products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks.
• Work with teams to support product sales opportunities and help translate product value for GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong customer-centric, outside-in approach to identify unmet market opportunities and achieve strong product-market fit.
• Professional experience with Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) data and analytics.
• Ability to build cross-functional stakeholder alignment through influence and leadership.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to operate independently in a technical, data-rich environment with minimal guidance.
• Experience building and scaling analytics products.
• Ability to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of formal product management experience.
• 8+ years working with advanced automation and data analytics.
• Experience working on GTM product launches focused on information, intelligence, and insights from integrated data sources.
• Advanced graduate degree or MBA.
• Military and/or intelligence community experience.
• Experience supporting international sales/business development.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working with maritime data and analytics.

Nice-to-haves / Additional Signals

• Experience managing products at a startup or rapidly innovating public company.
• Active US security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
