Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager

Work with the Head of Product to define, own, and scale key areas of the Billee platform and client portal. This is a high-ownership role spanning discovery through delivery, with increasing responsibility for both execution and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives across the Billee platform and client portal
• Lead initiatives end-to-end: problem definition → discovery → launch → iteration
• Break down complex billing and operational workflows into clear, shippable increments
• Partner with engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and well understood
• Partner with design to create intuitive experiences for data-heavy, workflow-driven products
• Collaborate with internal teams (Billing Ops, Accounting, Implementations) to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Engage with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and refine product direction
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, and proactively drive solutions forward
• Contribute to product direction within your areas of ownership (not just executing requirements)

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience (ideally in SaaS or workflow-heavy products)
• Ability to drive complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication; can clearly articulate decisions, requirements, and tradeoffs
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile, iterative environment
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
• Ability to understand and simplify complex systems and workflows
• Familiarity with product tools such as Linear, Notion, and FigJam
• Strong ownership mindset

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in utility billing or related operational/billing workflows (implied by domain focus)
