About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Aviation) at Flock Safety, you will own the aviation product roadmap, lead cross-functional execution, and help build durable flight capabilities for public safety agencies nationwide.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for Flock’s aviation portfolio, balancing:
- short-term customer priorities
- regulatory dynamics
- long-term product vision
Partner closely with engineering to guide projects end-to-end across:
- hardware
- embedded software
- connectivity
- cloud software
Translate regulatory constraints into actionable product requirements, working with legal and compliance partners to shape product direction.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering to evaluate technical tradeoffs, manage scoping, and sequence execution.
Strong technical product management background for complex products where hardware, software, and operational workflows intersect.
Ability to navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints and incorporate them into roadmap decisions.
Strong customer intuition and market judgment to align user needs with execution priorities.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or other similarly regulated environments.
