Role overview

You’ll join Flock as a Senior Product Manager (Aviation), defining and growing Flock’s aviation product portfolio. You’ll turn customer needs and market opportunities into a clear roadmap while partnering closely with engineering and other functions.

Key missions

Define and grow Flock’s aviation product portfolio
Build a deep understanding of aviation customers and the regulatory dynamics shaping the market
Translate regulatory and competitive dynamics into product strategy
Drive technical product work with engineering and other teams
Own roadmap decisions, including priorities and execution

Responsibilities (collaboration & execution)

Work across stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal/Compliance, GTM, and Leadership
Partner deeply with engineering on technical tradeoffs and roadmap planning
Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments by converting incomplete information into strategy

Requirements

Experience as a Product Manager in complex, technical environments where hardware, software, and operational systems intersect
Ability to learn and apply domain-specific regulatory constraints to product direction
Strong customer instinct and market judgment
Ability to connect user needs → product strategy → execution
Demonstrated success partnering with engineering on execution and roadmap planning

Preferred / additional

Interest or experience in aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or other regulated product spaces
